You are free to indict all Muslims for 9/11. But as you know it wouldn't make a lot of difference. And you know the average Iraqi wasn't involved in 9/11.

The folks in Iraq are free to indict the US for the torture of a small percentage of their citizens. Folks from their hood. And that makes a lot of difference, to them.

Your analogy may make some sense on the surface, but reality is significant. We are "liberating" a country where our foremost representatives just demonstrated a complete disrespect for their people and their religion.

Lets be pragmatic. What is the Iragi response? Do they support us more or less? How MUCH less? How many Iraqi's will now turn on us.

My humble opinion; we just gave up any slim chance of winning this "war" (on Iraq terrorism?!?).

Let me know how you think this is positive. How it will play out to our advantage.
