Kerry was right to protest the war. In 1972 Bush was going AWOl and Kerry was making a real difference helping to save thousands of lives. So what if Kerry exaggerated a few facts. basically he was telling it like it was, and that took real courage. It was also a very painful thing for him to do because he loves his brothers in arms. The people he despised were the Nixonites who lied to everyone. Just like Bushies do. Same gang, next generation. Worse than Watergate.
