you dont get it...whether you shares are restricted for one year or free originally,you take advantage of your inside relationship with the company and buy stock into the information and sell into.. whether you want to blow that off as someone giving you a hard time or not,that is what will get you in trouble.. not the emails,not the restricted shares,the greed.. as for not knowing these people,b.s to someone else, we all know the same circle in this game and i am well aware of the group of people you speak to.. how is stevie wise doing...you know the one who use to tell you when larry was starting and news was coming out so you could load up on MRXT toys...

you want to act like a trader than dont take any shares on it,when you take even restricted shares,you take on a title as now an outside independent contractor to the company and anything you are told is of nature of an employee status and you than make the mistake by trading on that info...PERIOD.... you might take it as busting your ball,but i am serious,take this topic up with your lawyer and see what he tells you...i bust balls but i also do it and add something constructive that may help someone.. i have nothing against you and could care less about what happens,but i am being very serious on what i am trying to tell you is a violation..everything else they can come out you is b.s,but you are opening the door huge on this issue...
