LOCATPLUS IS A RICHARD GIEST/GEOFF EITEN SCAM. GEOFF EITEN USED TO LUST ALLEN WOLFSON STOCKS. RICHARD GIEST WAS A DIRECTOR OF MICHAEL LAUERS FUND AND HAS A HISTORY OF PROMOTING DUBIOUS STOCKS OF WHICH MANY WHERE OUTRIGHT FRAUDS.
