Do you suppose that there are torture chambers run by liberals? It seems a contradiction, but then liberal is a relative term and there are many cultures and societies. Do you suppose that there are torture chambers run by liberals?... Once again with the "I'm rubber, you're glue" defense?. I have seen plenty of attacks on conservatives and neocons which could be considered collective punishment for the outrages of a few. I have not seen the institutionalized use of demonization from liberals like is found in the arena on the right. I have seen liberals lash out in anger, but I have not seen disparagement and abasement used for the sheer pleasure of hurting others as is displayed in the genre of the right wing radio. The neocon philosophy of a self proclaimed elite class is guilty of permitting and even encouraging this moral lapse. The noble lie told to destroy another person is lauded as necessary and right to those with the knowledge of secret meanings. Once the neocons learn to rationalize that, they can rationalize anything, even torture. TP
