you said that Cheney was blackmailing Bush I didn't say it was an absolute, I said it was likely. Cheney is responsible for the decision that has done the most to harm Bush's chances for reelection. Why do you think he is still on the ticket? I suspect history will have different judgements about the recent presidents than what you listed, but it is still early. History is the record of cause and effect. Many of the actions are still secret so their effects cannot be known. There are also effects yet to come. TP
