Thanks. And your points are good ones, too, but they are starting points from which the investigators will start in trying to figure out the facts and assign responsibility. They are merely suspicions and hypotheses until they are tested through interrogation, document review, and sifting of stories for lies, inconsistencies, etc. Getting to the bottom of this is not going to be easy. But the sooner it is done, and the more transparently, the better. Let the chips fall where they may, high or low, as far as I'm concerned.
