That is very obvious<g>. but what about 10-15 billion (including Americans and Europeans, a couple of billion from China and India, and a couple of billions from other countries) have more or less similar per capita energy consumption? That means, the per capita consumption in the US has to go down 20%+ from here. I think it is not impossible 50 years from now.

And that is what wealth transferring means, I guess. The sum won't change much, only the distribution changes. The share which are now consumed by the middle/low income Europeans and Americans will be consumed by the rich people in China and India and other nations, which in turn reduces the per capita consumption in developed countries, and increases the consumption in developing countries. The key is that the living standard for some people in developed countries will definitely decline.
