AT NO TIME did I say or imply that the actions were "OK". I just pointed out where you said the crime was not indictable for the reason that it was not unique. Message 20096507 I did not indicate that you wrote that the crime was 'OK', but my analogy does indicate that position. Does that make it okay to rape in New York City?? I should have written Does that mean rapes in New York City should not be indicted? and I would have more accurately critisised your position. TP
