It is my understanding that the Bush administration's plans in Iraq are to sell off all of the state assets to multinational corporations.

It is also my understanding that under international law, if a transitional administration in Iraq makes those type of changes that the changes will have to be approved by the new governing body, when it is elected.

So I guess we will see if it is easy for the Bush administration to either 1. put in a puppet regime that will rubber stamp whatever it is told to rubber stamp, or 2. control the electoral process to the degree to which they can control the results.

You may think it will be easy. I dont.
