I think that is a fair supposition....I have not seen enough evidence to state that as a fact....but frankly, Kerry went and pulled some dangerous duty....I think this is a foolish area for Repubs. to pick at....just as I feel the AWOL Bush nonsense is equally stupid for the dems....I don't think I ever met a vet yet who actually got a medal who thought he really deserved it...in fact, most I have talked to can think of many more deserving than themselves....the problem I have with Kerry is his post war conduct and the way he spoke about fellow servicemen.....
