Karen Hughes was born in France. But she doesn't look French, though she does look like a man.

Kerry is the opposite of French looking. But what the rightwing are doing here is attacking his wife. She is part French I think, so they pretend to confuse the husband and wife. Real tricky mind game huh? And real helpful to getting international help in Iraq.

WOuldn't be surprised if Theresa Heinz ends up spending 100 million to battle this kind of trash from the right.

Many Frenchmen have Long thin angular faces, thick hair. Remember that annoying French U.N. spokesman....he somewhat resembles Kerry altho' the former is better looking than the latter. Evidently Kerry has some Norman ancestors through the Winthrop family. He certainly has inherited the "lord of the manor" attitude that most American voters perceive as cool detachment.
