Every year, my friends in Pensacola have their Hunt style dinner.

They cook up everything that they've shot over the past year. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but I fill up on salad...I really don't like any game no matter how it's cooked.

I have.
My husband makes a fabulous duck with rosemary and orange sauce. We buy them at Bristol Farms.

Also had an absolutely delicious, to die for, in Paris at a little out of the way place. Yummmmmie.
