For the most part, nearly everywhere on Earth, live and let live is the way people conduct their affairs. Of course there are government bludgers, thieves, violent criminals and dishonest acts sufficient to consume a LOT of resources. But it's still a very, very good world, with life expectancy way up everywhere and standards of living rising greatly. Down in the hutongs, Chinese are running around with CDMA phragmented photon cyberphones. 20% of the world's population just in one country is enjoying vastly improving life in years, not decades and certainly a LOT faster than centuries, which is how long it took for nothing much to improve, just a century or two ago. <Your posts are usually articulate and well thought out, even though usually wrong > Thanks Dave.
