No, Maurice, they are there because they are enemy combatants. The term "enemy alien" means nationals of an enemy country, without reference to whether they were engaging in hostilities or not. The term 'prisoner of war camp' is closer, except that Al Qaeda don't really play by Geneva convention rules, and I think we want to keep the right to question the prisoners.

The term "concentration camp" acquired certain connotations after Belsen and Dachau and Auschwitz were discovered by Allied troops in 1945, and you know it perfectly well. Guantanmo does not deserve those connotations.
