kerry will have a copy himself. military records center will also have a copy. these are permanent documents. normally, it is much further down the chain of command that fabrications occur. the approving authority is relies on his staff to ensure that everything is administratively correct. we are not discussing my expertise. however, we are discussing what a rumor that kerry, chased down a vc who had lowered his weapon and fled to hide behind a building and while he was cowering there, kerry found him and killed him. if this rumor is true, then kerry should have been courts-martialed under the Articles of War rather than decorated.... now i hear on tv tonight that the VC actually laid down his weapon.... the thing to do is to clear this up once and for all. get kerry to cough up the documents or have them coughed up.... like i've said earlier, i hope the rumors are false, and i would like to see the air cleared.....
