Bush's education, justice and health initiatives have been un-funded, lied about by the White House, mis-managed or rushed through congress right after 9-11. They all need fixing, enforcing and funding or else they're useless. Also, things change. Clearly the Bush doctrine has not worked, so those neocon experiments have failed. Both in foreign and domestic matters we need a new direction. Only 33% of Americans now approve of the direction we're going as a country per new MSNBC poll the clear majority agrees with me.
