FOr a long while I didn't think I could buy it in my IRA act with Brownco
Cuz it wasn't on their list.
However, I just called them and I spoke to a trader and he said I could
When I axed him why it wasn't on their list
He didn't know
But he assured me I could do it
So yeah, now it's on the list
Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

It will be the second or third thing on his mind, though.

I regularly defend product manufacturers, suppliers, or contractors in constuction site accident cases.

You'd be amazed.

The trick is that he can't sue his employer or co-workers
and must find a third party, like the manufacturer of
the nail gun.

I can just guess the theory. It should have had an
interlock to prevent inadvertent activation.
