Yes you would, under the law....period. What has this got to do with the degradation and humiliation that those prisoners went through? So you obviously feel that torture is justifiable?

This is one area I've found the Army interrogators lacking in.. Polygraphy... Not always accurate, but when combined with good Neuro-Linguistic Programming interrogation techniques, highly effective.

Apparently the USMC interrogators use polygraphy on a regular basis when questioning a suspect/subject, and achieve pretty good results..
