Genesis ...the return scheduled for in~flight recapture , in 124days

"Here Comes the Sun"

Genesis is the agency's first sample return mission since the last Apollo mission in 1972, and the first ever to return material collected beyond the Moon. This module focuses on the solar wind information obtained by the Genesis spacecraft. The Genesis spacecraft collects pristine solar wind material (ionic particles from the Sun) that will provide clues about the elemental composition of the original solar nebula.
