Tejek, RE: "That's only because the problem is much worst than once thought. "

Of course this is a lot worse than once once thought.

When the procedures allow for it to happen, that means it is systematic.

Unbelievable.

And Bush said it was un-American. But their procedures allow it to happen systematically because no criminal charges were made against Private London and the American solider that murdered an Iraqi prisoner - both are free. This gives a person the impression that Bush is a liar. His words promise action, but he takes no action, and this reflect extremely poorly on America and will make all of us Americans look like big liars.

He is making the situation much, much worse.

By using words ("we will punish them severely") that don't match his action, he turns our America into a liar.

Private London is free with no criminal charges and the murderer is also free.

Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. Where on earth is the outcry on this? Bush is making the USA appear like the world's biggest liars. This will negatively hurt all of us - hugely so if they do not prosecute criminal charges against Private London and the also murderer. (Private London was the female soldier in the photos abusing prisoners.)

What on earth are they thinking?

They need to criminally prosecute Private London and also the murderer. You don't let criminals and murderers go free. Especially when you tell the world it's "un-American".
