The Israelis and British allow gays to serve openly in their military.

I'm surprised you're trying to blame those prison photos on homosexuals.

From all reports this was a military tactic to humiliate the Iraqis (because their culture abhors homosexuality) to soften them up for interrogation.

This wasn't some gay soldiers having a little crude fun, it was an interrogation technique.
