RE: "Then I guess you've already made up your mind about what is the truth" The investigation is finished on her: guilty, but free. They concluded she was involved in the abuse. They concluded the photos of her were real. Their decision: guilty, but free. Are you that unplugged with what happened? Did you truly not know they completed their investigation on her? And their decision was to "reassign her" based upon her wrongful actions. She is guilty, but she is free. They concluded she abused the soldiers, yet she is free. What about that do you not understand? Can I ask you something here - are you being so shockingly partisan, that you don't even have the integrity to speak out when something is wrong? So often you make comments that other people are being partisan, yet many times I see others speak out against things even if it is a negative to their own party affiliation. Do you have the integrity to do this? And instead, you attack me? When the facts show the govt had already made the conclusion the photos were real and she was guilty. You wrongly accuse me of having made up my mind about what is the truth, when in fact, your own government has already concluded she was guilty. Their decision was: guilty, but free. Either your words speak volumes for your character, or more hopefully you are simply unplugged and were naively unaware of the decision that came down? I'll assume the later. But in the future, stop to think before you attack a person, and instead, consider asking questions. You could have asked, "did the govt already concluded she was guilty in the abuse?" and then you could have said, "If so, well, then yes, that's obviously wrong." RE: "especially if you're so quick to think that I find such crimes "perfectly acceptable."" I don't think you think that. Your words speak for you. Your words were quick to jump to the wrong conclusion the govt wasn't done with their investigation on her. You now know the govt decided she was guilty of abuse, and you now know the govt has let her free. No criminal charges were made. Now, do you really think that isn't wrong? Btw, it's interesting you were so quick to assume she either wasn't guilty -or- you were very quick to (incorrectly) assume the govt hadn't finished their conclusion on her. Think about the leanings of your assumptions and question this. This isn't a time to be partisan. Speak out when you see something wrong. If you don't, all this just comes back to haunt all of us - as citizens we end up paying the price for this, whether it be through conducting business with the poor image the USA has generated from this incident.
