I've noticed the pattern where an article appears about bin Laden anytime the USA govt wants something to pass. As one example, a year ago, Bush sounded three Alerts when he was trying to pass legislation for creating the Homeland Security and its funding. It could be purely a coincidence that this pattern appears. Or, is the new & huge war bill that Bush is trying to pass in Congress, related to this alert? When John Fowler first noticed this pattern, I didn't think John was correct. But after seeing this pattern happen several times, I'm beginning to wonder about it? It could be a coincidence, or it could be a manipulation method that's gotten noticed so won't be affective. If it is intended to manipulate the public to be pro-war, it isn't going to work anymore and they should simply keep their PR compaign about finishing what you start and restoring infrastructure. The USA should clean up its image and its PR. Regards, Amy J
