Issuing alerts and articles on bin Laden when there is a multi-billion dollar bill for war, is a pattern that could be purely coincidental.

I wouldn't call it a conspiracy.

I certainly wouldn't call it a right-wing conspiracy, since people are the same all over - it's human nature to try to influence.

It's equally likely this pattern is simply a coincidence, even though the pattern is highly evident. (I'm not being sarcastic. Patterns truly can be coincidences.)
