The key difference is America, not religion. We are lucky enough to live in a society where the standard of living is very high, in a just system of government. I don't see American Muslims blowing themselves up on the street. However, non-American Christians still kill in the name of the Lord (see Serbia). The difference is not the religion, but the environment. As long as we continue to exploit the Arab nations, and the Israelis continue to assassinate, break hands, blow up houses, and steal land, that environment will continue to fester and breed hate and violence.

I certainly agree with you there's something amiss with an American school system teaching people that bin Laden isn't a criminal. But your next statement is not fully representative of the facts: RE: "The difference is that American Christians don't commit acts of violence " What about some of the Catholic priests? Or, is rape not considered an act of violence in America? Did you hear the news? Private London is free. She was the female soldier conducting sexual torture in the photos you saw. The govt confirmed she abused prisoners, yet she is free. The military has made a mockery of our so-called justice. Our govt decided she was guilty of abuse, yet they freed her! I think the Justice Dept should get involved and investigate this. It doesn't matter what political party you belong to, we all need to be vocal about making sure our govt prosecutes soldiers who criminally abuse prisoners. Otherwise, this potentially risks our personal security.
