Robert - When people can't come up with a reasonable argument they result to insults. It's an ongoing pattern for you. You ignore the entire concept of recognizing that the B/S model CAN do a darn good job of statistically trying to estimate option pricing. I think you are the one doing the ignoring. For the umpteenth time everyone agrees that we can estimate the value to the receiver of the options. How many times do you have to hear that before it sinks in? What you haven't done is show any cost to the grantor other than opportunity lost. Now you can reply with another insult if you think that is the only way you can score points. Probably is.
