True, the motto of this administration is "find some donkey to pin the buck on". How quick Bush is to be the first to take credit (wrongly and embarrassingly as in "mission accomplished"), and how quick he is to distance himself from things that have gone wrong.

"Isn't there some way that we can pin this prisoner abuse stuff on Clinton or Kerry? Get to work Rove, contact Rush, Coulter and Hannity, and get them to work on this immediately!"
