re:Tejek, it's the Lukid Party, not the Israeli people.

Who is the Lukid party made up of Amy? Aliens?

Israelis the last time I checked.

Its the Likud, not the "Lukid" party, and why do you think your cuz Sharon did not put his withdrawal plan to a national referendum, genius? Because the Likud does not make up a majority in the Knesset.....in fact, its in an alliance with another party to maintain control. If the Israelis voted for the plan and the Likud rejected it, Sharon almost certainly would have had to resign.

I know these are complicated situations for you to grasp. So take a few days off from posting on thread and think about it. ;~)

The liberal mind is a terrible thing....

And you are just a waste.......go to your rock!

"Majority wants withdrawal" from settlements

"A clear majority among the general public and even among Likud voters support Sharon's disengagement plan."

By Prof. Ephraim Yaar and Dr. Tamar Hermann
haaretz.com

Like I said, it's the Lukid Party (funded by settlers), and according to this article it's not even everyone in the Lukid Party.

Majority of Israelis want withdrawal.

Amy J
