This FNMA bruhaha happening at the same time rates are headed higher is going to result in substantial credit spread widening.

It's already going on in emerging markets and as it worms it's way into the GSEs, you will see a situation where 10 UST go up 15 bps, but the mortgage backed goes up 25. That will choke off the housing bubble in a heartbeat, very serious stuff. Does anybody have a good source for tracking credit spreads, especially mortgage backed?
