res-I disagree. I think true democratic --- i.e. constitutional -- government is linked in complex ways to evolution, and is really only possible among people of Northern European ancestry. Bizzare, the more you post, the more you expose. I wonder if jjmab would agree with you.

Interesting concept, Northern societies had to work together to survive their harsh climate, evolution would tend to lead to more people with this trait. We know nothing about the evolution of the mind, why some people work harder, are more emotional, have more drive, etc..
