Kerry was always bailed out by rich family members and friends regardless of whether his own nuclear family, or he himself, had money. A fortunate user. Then he married two rich women who could keep him in the style to which he thinks he's entitled. A doubly fortunate user. So please spare me the "walked 10 miles in the snow to school" type whining. Kerry had a privileged upbringing and has been the object of largesse his entire life. In fact, he's so detached from the average joe that he cannot connect with the general population---only the effete liberals.
