Most loose nuke/bio/chem WMD's in the world are in former Soviet stockpiles. Cheney-Bush have taken their eye off that ball, and every other threat, as they obsessed on Iraq and put all our forces in that one theater, sucking up all the money, manpower and intelligence to concentrate on remocing what turns out to have been a very iffy threat with practically no connection to the real war on terrorists. Saddam was at most a potential menace, but not an imminent threat and nothing to do with 9-11 or any other terrorist attack against the US. Now the neocon blundering in Iraq has created the greatest recruiting tool ever for Al Qaida and their ilk. Now Osama Bin Lauden can actually prove he was right. Amazing.
