I'm sorry to say that I can't point to any facts that are inconsistent with your assertions. Just one fact, time. Time has gone beyond the stupid into the level of foolishness, yet not a peep out of the company. I am a relatively long time "disliker" of REK. Everyone has made numerous excuses as to why FDA approval has never arrived on time. REK on the otherhand has referred to its immenence ar "convenient times". Both refer to time, both are the common denominator. Time says that something is wrong. 2 years ago people were referring to the inordinate amount of time this is taking, two years later the only common denominator is time. So assuming that at one point or another the board can no longer make excuses for time. Then one has to look at the facts. The facts are, it is taking to much time. The question is now ,......"why"? She can conviently indicate that they are having on going discussions. But at what point does someone finally figure out the discussions may be that the data is inadequate (or something like that) and she is arguing endlessly that it is? Time, that is the fact, I use time, REK and hubby, to remain out of this stock.
