Bush did NOT create the "national debt". That's been around awhile. Also, the "national debt" is a monster created by politicians. They really need to stop spending so much.

Interest on the national debt --- pushing $1 Billion per day.

Farm price subsidies --- $1 Billion per day.

Iraq operations --- pushing $6 Billion per month.

Bonds are tanking big-time. The stock-market will follow in spite of the carnival barkers on CNBC, Faux Noose and elsewhere.

Expect a major bottom late this year or next year, possibly breaching the 2002 lows. The bear is alive and well.
