Slander is oral not written.
Both are defamation, and truth is an absolute defense.

Presenting something as a fact, which is opinion,
is lying.

This statement of yours is an example:

didn't say Bush was gay, I said male cheerleaders usually are. That's a fact.

That statement is nothing but a nasty stereotype.
Not to mention an exercise in faulty logic.
It's also your opinion--not a FACT.

The vast majority of what you state is your
opinion, devoid of fact. That's why you
seldom, if ever, supply a link.

Let's start with the basic premise that psychological warfare is used in time of war. Actual acts are not condoned, but simulated acts should be fair game in my mind.

So the question I have is this:

If the United States Armed Forces used some form of simulated psychological warfare on a terrorist prisoner, ie. showing pictures of males w/ males, and that caused a prisoner to give up information that saved the life of your son, daughter, mother, father, etc, would that be okay in your mind?

it's not a fact

continually bringing up that Bush was a cheerleader and that male cheerleaders are gay [a fact you say] implies Bush is gay

then to put the icing on the cake you say he was not only a cheerleader [who are all gay per you] but a wimpy one at that

and a wimp in general

it's libel and you do all the time

I said male cheerleaders usually are. That's a fact.

Who cares? That aside, I think you're lying. Prove it.
