As to your question, near zero... As I posted some time back, Venezuela owns Citgo.. Remember, crude oil is the number 1 traded commodity in the world...
It is, literally, the lubricant for commerce..
And this is the circle of $money...

But since I have some oil dogs in inventory, and have made a very nice pile O' $bucks in the futures, what, me worry...

From the gasoline that helps your family take vacations to the advanced medical equipment at your community hospital, CITGO is there. We know you.
It's amazing the difference petroleum-based products make in our everyday lives. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, CITGO is a refiner and marketer of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals, refined waxes, asphalt and other industrial products. In addition to these products, there's probably a CITGO in your neighborhood, a convenient place to fill up with gas and grab a quick snack.

The company is owned by PDV America, Inc., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A., the national oil company of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
