Short interest on QQQ drops dramatically.

(I've not checked up on this)

The QQQ saw its short interest hit an all-time high with 386,221,000 shares on March 15, 2004. This is not the problem because that has bullish implications. However, when the new data showed a decline of 93,356,000 shares, a red flag was immediately raised. This is the largest short-interest drop ever for the QQQ!
