The pattern is called GOP disinformation. The GOP knows full well that Kerry-Biden had the much better plan for the 87 billion which of course they voted for since it was their bill. But the Bushies would not allowe the very rich and Iraqi oil to pay for any of the war, so they stripped out the fiscally-responsible Kerry-Biden provisions, sent it back and of course Kerry voted against it on principle. I see that as fiscally conservative smart leadership defeated by corrupt irresponsible boobs trying to defend the rich upperclass from paying their fair share? Anyone would if they knew the truth.
