IMHO:
1. Partner the cancer indications with enough up front money to fund RRP and HIV trials well into 2006.
2. Finish RRP pivotal.
3. Use RRP success to fund pivotal trial in HIV-this is the big market still under their control.

If in fact Roche gets their act together on GW this will help the stock price significantly and will aid financing greatly as the risk goes ways down.
