Gloom despair and agony on us, deep dark depression, vote for kerry. If it weren't for bad luck, we'd have no luck at all, gloom despair and agony on us. Seriously, all conflicts have problems. Panic and despair over difficulties is a guarantee of failure. Remember Bush recently gave as an excuse for the invasion to stop Saddam's torture chambers? I remember. He was right too. You'd probably be amazed to know Americans brutally mistreated captured German soldiers after WWII. They strung up barbed wire and kept them in filthy conditions for a good long timne. Damned unhumanitarian. It would nevertheless be wrong to say we were the same as the Nazis or that the war was a mistake.
