That's been the case ever since Nixon's dirty tricks squad when they tried to hush up the atrocities in Vietnam, paying for dirty tricks and black back jobs with uitscases full of cash form corporate donors. Some things never change.

On HARDBALL, the ultimate DC insider was on telling Chris Matthews that during Vietnam the Pentagon was working full-time to cover up the very atrocities Kerry was talking about in 1971. Ironically, Rumfeld today praised the whistle-blower on the torture scandal as a hero. So if that guy is a hero why isn't Kerry for exposing atrocities 100 times worse?
