The reality to many of the posters on this "moderate" forum is that anything that is evil is either the US or Israel's fault, that terror is caused by the victims, and that changes in leaders do not matter because of the inherent evil in our society.

I don't think these are moderate views. They are what I call whacko theories by paranoid delusionists enhanced by inbred bigotry.

But I'm sure they are very nice people <vbg>. How's that for a non-personal attack. LOL

I don't see much of an uproar over the killing of a pregnant mother and her 4 children. After disabling the car, the cowardly terrorists walked up to the car and shot them point blank, giving the woman one in the belly to make sure that the fetus was dead.

Of course, it was her fault for being there and it is Israel's fault for defending itself and it's the US's fault because we support the existence of a strong democratic Israel in a desert of tyrants, despots, terrorists and OILogarchs.

In the Gaza Strip last week, a pregnant Israeli woman was blasted by Palestinian gunmen. As she lay bleeding to death, her four daughters were murdered, one by one, as the killers videotaped the atrocity.

I don't know how you can say it doesn't matter.

We heard that last time - and look what we ended up with!

We ended up with the war against Iraq that Joe Lieberman has been vehemently lobbying in favor of for years.

Re: There are huge differences between Bush and Kerry on tax and economic policy, international policy, and on and on.

HUGE differences?! LOL.... Economic policy? That's Greenspan's turf --does Kerry intend to sack Greenspan? The "huge difference" you are intimating at are just about the GOP's and the Dems' respective spoils clienteles... A GOP administration will cater to big business (tax cuts) while a Dem administration will print more foodstamps...

As for the US foreign policy, Kerry sees eye to eye with Bush --that is, with the Pentagon-- on the Iraq war. Actually, Kerry boasts he would be a better warmonger because he would bring more allies into the US crusade....
