No current rightwing leader has ever served in combat yet the chickenhawks of the right are squawking that JK's SIlver and Bronze Stars are somehow suspect, not heroic enough, not enough proof. They also send a brigade of liars who claim to have served with Kerry (but never knew him) to call Kerry "no hero" because he not they realized the obvious, that the Vietnam War was a sick quagmire. Now Kerry's wife blasts Dick Cheney for being "un-patriotic" after Cheney used multiple deferrments to dodge the draft saying he had "better things to do", and now has the nerve to attack decorated war hero John Kerry's national defense credentials. Theresa Heinz has a point. Cheney and Bush are both chickenhawks who ran from service to their country. Bush lied about it later and tried to pass himself off as a former jet fighter pilot (there are no witnesses that GW ever flew a jet without a trainer). Cheney also agreed with Kerry on most of his peace dividend defense votes, not to mention gay unions. Cheney is a big fat liar who deserves to be put on trial.
