When Saddamm challenged Bush to a debate, there should have been one.

That would have been embarrassing when it was revealed that Saddam spoke better English.

As far as I can see, Iraq was proven guilty in the minds of most americans without even a fair trial.

That's one of the most ridiculous statements I've yet heard related to Iraq and Saddam's government..

He was "convicted" in the UNSC and over 17 binding resolutions (judgements/sentences) were entered against him, demanding that he comply..

On top of that, this all started when in invaded a soveriegn country for the purpose of conquest and colonization.

He was defeated, his forces expelled from Kuwait, and he was PERMITTED to avoid further punishment (being overthrown) SO LONG as he OBEYED the cease fire accord he agreed to.

The very fact that 1441 declared Iraq in material breach was sufficient cause to re-initiate hostilities.
