After the oil exporting countries discovered that Shell *Enroned its oil reserves, it is becoming clear that the North Sea oil has dried out, and oil from Iraq it is a few years away to influence prices, it is the 70's all over again. At least I hope with the money flowing in those oil expoerting countries decide to build, expand and modernize their telecoms network, so that Elmat goes there and get his tiny, tiny, infinitesimal share of the spoils.
