Kerry and Bush plans about the same - except that Kerry insists he'll do it better.

Yes they are similar now...and that is because Bush keeps changing his plan to look like what Kerry proposes. Of course Kerry will do a better job, he's the guy that is thinking international...Bush is still thinking unilateral..and is being dragged kicking and screaming to a world view.

I guess Bush's negative lying ads have gotten you hook line and sinker. Kerry voted to pay for the $87 billion. Bush and his supporters voted not to pay for the $87 billion. They just put it on the credit card. Something that they have been doing over 500 billion times a year.
