I believe you're taking your info from the claims of defense attorneys for the accused.

They were following orders from above when they stripped them and piled them up in a pyramid and took pictures with themselves mugging for the camera in the background? The picture of the female guard smiling at the camera while pointing at a naked prisoners groin was the result of an order? Nah. They were being ignorant yahoos fucking around with these people for the fun of it. And taking pictures to record the "fun". It's obvious they weren't trained or ordered to do this.

..take refuge behind "support our troops."

In your last post, you clearly said American troops were persecuting Iraqis in the streets for reasons of racial hatred - a charge that doesn't seem to even be related to the prisoner abuse issue:

the US soldier in Iraqi streets treating the Iraqis differently out of the hatred for their race and so on.

And you blamed this on Christians in the top echelons of the US military. I'm getting the picture now - this charge is based on that general some time ago that made an off duty remark in a church which offended you, I'll bet. Can't remember the specifics now, but it clearly made an impression on you and caused hostile feelings toward the military.
