40$ or more for a barrel of oil is just what oilmen like Cheney and junior want. They must be tickled pink over this, especially when they know all junior has to do is make a call to Saudi Arabia sometime before the election and the price will temporarily be lowered for them. The higher it is now the greater they can say they reduced the price later.
