Actually, that would be the case, were the report on my machine.. But it's not.. ROTFLOL. I suppose there's a little telescope inside your PC that allows you to magically see into the msn server without actually having the data in your PC. That's a classic. Oh yeah, you know what your talking about. But overall, it's nice to know you finally understand the law.. It's a law.. but even if a law exists, it comes down to prosecutorial discretion whether it will be enforced or not.. I merely stated that the law exists and there is a penalty, should the government CHOOSE to prosecute. When the government makes no attempt to enforce the law and it's violated millions of times, it's unconstitutional to enforce it. Add that as another duck. Hold one.. your right to free speech ends when it violates my civil rights. It's been long ruled that your right to free speech can be limited when it threatens the welfare of others (such as yelling fire in a crowded theater). We're not talking about yelling fire in a theatre. If you'd just bothered to admit this in the first place, we BOTH could have same a considerable number of words over this... I would have happily admitted that in the beginning it if that was what we were talking about, but it wasn't. We knew your memory was short with respect to Clinton's apologies, but I wouldn't have suspected your memory only lasts for one post. Btw, thanks for the freezer full of ducks!! ROTFLOL....not only is your freezer empty of ducks, your freezer isn't even plugged in. The wire is hanging like a limp ..... limp wire. :o} jttmab
